Our client is seeking SOC Technicians to join our Service Operations Center (SOC) in Petersburg, Virginia.&nbsp;<br>

Key Responsibilities

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li><strong>Architect & Code:</strong>&nbsp;Lead the end-to-end design:&nbsp;<em>Data Assets? Ontology/Dual-graph? Financial DSL? LLM/Tool Gateways? Agent? UX</em>. Write clean, production-grade Python.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>Maintain Defensibility:</strong>&nbsp;Author ADRs/RFCs and maintain regulatory traceability matrices (T-controls) defensible to compliance and auditors.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>Enforce Quality & Safety:</strong>&nbsp;Implement strict capability boundaries, human-approval gates, and immutable audit chains.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>Drive Engineering Excellence:</strong>&nbsp;Enforce high testing thresholds (?90% coverage), automated CI quality gates, and comprehensive OTEL observability.</li>

&#9;<li><strong>Core Python Mastery:</strong>&nbsp;Hands-on experience with FastAPI,&nbsp;<strong>asyncio</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>pytest</strong>, type hints, and strict monorepo discipline.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>AI Agent Orchestration:</strong>&nbsp;Deep understanding of LLM/tool gateways, SSE & WebSocket streaming, agent-platform contracts, and agent SDKs.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>Responsible AI & Governance:</strong>&nbsp;Experience building capability boundaries, approval gates, and audit chains mapped to a graph.</li>
&#9;<li><strong>AI Fluency:</strong>&nbsp;Practical mastery of Cursor agent skills, MCP servers, prompt engineering, and CLI automation (GitLab/Jira).</li>
&#9;<li><strong>Testing & Observability:</strong>&nbsp;Strong UAT/BDD test discipline (?90% coverage) and OTEL observability (Phoenix, Grafana, structured logging).</li>
