About the Role:

We’re hiring an Account Executive (AE) to drive the front end of a disciplined, execution-focused sales engine. This is not a spray-and-pray role. Your job is to create qualified, sales-ready meetings that convert into real revenue — fast.

What Success Looks Like:

• Consistently booking 8–10 qualified meetings per week.
• Meetings are accepted by closers 90%+ of the time.
• Every meeting has clear context, pain, budget signals, and timing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily outbound prospecting across assigned channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
• Hit a minimum of 250 targeted outbound touches per week.
• Book meetings that meet defined qualification standards — not just calendar fillers.
• Capture detailed notes in CRM, including the business problem, decision-maker involvement, budget ownership or path, and expected timing.
• Disqualify low-fit or non-ready prospects before booking and route responses appropriately based on readiness.
• Maintain a no-show rate under 20%.
• Participate in weekly reviews and quickly apply feedback to improve results.

Qualification Standards (Non-Negotiable):

Meetings booked by the AE must confirm:

• A real, current business problem.
• Decision authority or direct influence.
• Budget ownership or a clear path to budget.
• A buying timeline inside 30–45 days.

KPIs You’ll Be Measured On:

• Outbound volume: 250+ targeted touches per week.
• Qualified meetings booked: 8–10 per week.
• Meeting acceptance rate: 90%+.
• Context completeness: 100% of meetings documented.
• No-show rate: Under 20%.

Who You Are:

• 1–3+ years of AE, Account Executive, or outbound sales experience.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and direct customer conversations.

This is not a traditional Software Engineer, AI Engineer, or Machine Learning role. The focus is on effectively using existing AI tools and AI-native development platforms to rapidly turn business problems into functional internal applications.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using AI to build something real, is comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, and can take an idea from a loosely defined business need through prototype and working application.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy internal AI-powered applications primarily using Replit and similar AI-native development platforms
• Develop, test, and refine prompts that generate consistent and reliable results
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into AI-powered solutions
• Rapidly prototype, test, troubleshoot, improve, and deploy applications
• Develop reusable prompt libraries, templates, workflows, and documentation
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms and identify potential business use cases

Our client is seeking SOC Technicians to join our Service Operations Center (SOC) in Petersburg, Virginia. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service/technician calls
• Manage service tickets and follow ups with customers
• Communicate with customers verbally and via email
• Review, compile, and analyze data
• Understand Elite customer contracts
• Identify and request materials for service technicians
• Complete processes for bill of materials, invoicing, and quality checks
• Provide initial troubleshooting support related to software, desktops, servers, network devices, and security and CCTV camera systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Troubleshooting skills and ability to fully resolve issues
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to multitask and manage requests with short turnaround times
• Have used a major ticketing system to manage support incidents
