Position Status: 12-month contract with extensions
Schedule: REMOTE
Overview: Our client is looking for a SharePoint Developer for a REMOTE position based out of Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities:
- SharePoint developer to migrate the agency's existing Drupal Intranet site into a SharePoint site. Will also help to identify SharePoint governance processes for the agency.
- SharePoint Developer - resource will be responsible for migrating our existing agency Drupal Intranet site over to a SharePoint site. Responsible for migrating existing functionality into a SharePoint site.
- Responsible for working with agency IT and Business stakeholders to determine existing features/functions which need to be migrated.
- Develop a roadmap plan for the migration/development of the new SharePoint site.
- Identify and document the architecture of the new site.
- Migrate or develop functionality of the new intranet site.
- Work with Division content owners and mentor them on how to manage their own content.
Requirements:
- Hands on and recent SharePoint development exp.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
