Position Title: Project Manager
Position Status: 9 - month contract with rolling extensions
Schedule: HYBRID
Overview: Our client CAI/Stafford County is looking for an Project Manager for a HYBRID position based out of Stafford, VA.

Position Status: 9 - month contract with rolling extensions
Schedule: HYBRID
Overview: Our client CAI/Stafford County is looking for an Project Manager for a HYBRID position based out of Stafford, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance tracking for projects.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
- Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
- 4 Years - Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- 4 Years - Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance tracking for projects.
- 4 Years - Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
- 4 Years - Four or more years of project management experience.
- 4 Years - Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- 4 Years - Proven success working with all levels of management.
- 4 Years - Experience working in local or state government.
- 4 Years - Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- 4 Years - Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
- 4 Years - Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
- 4 Years - Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Scrum Master
- Agile Certified Practitioner
- Certified Project Manager
- PPM (Professional in Project Management)
- CompTIA Project+
