Position Title: Project Coordinator  
Client: CAI/VITA 
Location: 7325 Beaufont Springs Drive Richmond, VA 23225
Position Status: 6-month contract with rolling extensions
Schedule: MOSTLY REMOTE (Occasional onsite meetings throughout the month)
Pay Rate: $14/hr. - $19/hr. + health benefits 
Overview: Our client CAI/Virginia Information Technology Agency is looking for a Project Coordinator for a MOSTLY REMOTE position based out of Richmond, VA.           
 
Responsibilities:
  • VITA CSRM needs a Project Coordinator to help organize and track work tasks for the Security Architecture team.

    VITA SCRM is looking for a Project Coordinator to administer and organize project work, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Management team to achieve project goals and objectives. You will perform various tasks, like maintaining project documentation, along with administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Experience with all Microsoft O365 tools
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Time Management
  • Technical Experience/Expertise 
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
  • Project Management Experience
