Overview:
The Product Owner is responsible for understanding, documenting, and testing software and business processes across all departments. This person’s primary responsibility will be gathering requirements for projects and will often train users on new software or processes.
Responsibilities:
•   Working with end users and internal staff to develop and translate business requirements for project deliverables.
•   Answer developer and end user questions through the software development life cycle.
•   Establish a strong relationship with our internal business units.
•   Collaborate with staff from all business units to understand and document business requirements for complex applications.
•   Define and document project scope, goals, objectives, and success criteria.
•   Recognize and address cross functional dependencies that arise during projects.
•   Identify gaps and process improvement opportunities in production environment, on both business and technical sides.
Qualifications:
•   Bachelor’s Degree - COMPLETED
•   Analytical skills, knowledge of IT capabilities, and business experience to help the company be efficient and profitable
•   Flexible, able to grasp new things quickly, and move from one project to another with ease
•   Ability to develop hypotheses, drive solution development, scope operational feasibility, and lead implementation efforts
•   Excellent conceptual thinking skills
•   Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Visio
•   Experience with Agile
•   Experience with user acceptance testing
•   Entrepreneurial spirit
