Job Description

Position Title: Enterprise Architect (Salesforce Focus)
Schedule: Hybrid (2 - 3 days ONSITE)
Position Status: 6 – Month Contract-to-Hire
Overview: Our client is looking for an Enterprise Architect (Salesforce focus) for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA.      

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the architectural vision for our Salesforce ecosystem, particularly focusing on Commerce Cloud for B2C websites.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce architectures, ensuring alignment with the organization's business requirements and IT strategies.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand their needs, gathering requirements, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet business goals.
  • Engage in data governance tasks, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
  • Drive and assist in the implementation and management of CRM Software (Contract Relationship Management) within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure that the organization maximizes its investment in the platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other IT teams, business units, and external partners for seamless integration and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • PREFER candidates with the B2C Salesforce Architect certification.
  • Need someone with a proven track record of shaping enterprise architecture within organizations or introducing new technologies.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud AND Salesforce Contract Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong expertise in managing relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data governance tasks and principles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
