Position Title: Data Analyst 4 *Part – TIME*
Position Status: 6-month contract with rolling extensions
Schedule: REMOTE
Overview: Our client is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst for a REMOTE position based out of Richmond, VA.

Overview: Our client is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst for a REMOTE position based out of Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Change Orders:
- Design and build required monthly reports.
- Change Orders Rpt.
- Produce monthly reports on defined schedules and submit communication.
- Confirming Orders Rpt and associated communications.
- Change Orders Rpt and associated communications.
- Confirming Orders and Change Orders
- Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendations to team members.
- Assessments.
- Recommendations.
- Additional Reporting needed in support of procurement initiatives.
- Design and build.
- Produce reports as needed.
- Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendations to team members.

- Assessments.
- Recommendations.
- In support of OCM for the Initiative: Complete deep dive review of data and meet one on one with customers (e.g. Colleges)
- College data Assessments.
- College data Recommendations.
- Identify impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures (e.g. Business Rules, Job Aids, Procedures)
- Policy, Procedure impact analysis and recommendations.
- Draft procedures and gain approvals
- Design, development of reports.
- Data analysis and subsequent recommendations.
- Create end-user training content in support of the OCM for the changes needed to improve compliance.
- End user training content.
- In support of the L2 initiative, conduct necessary research, including state laws, policies, comparisons to other Higher Eds in VA, other VA agencies, and other states as needed.
- Comparative assessments.
Requirements:
- *All skills matrixes are 5 years minimum.
- Design and build required monthly reports.
- Produce monthly reports on defined schedules and submit communication.
- Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendations to team members.
- Identify impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures (e.g. Business Rules, Job Aids, Procedures).
- Create end-user training content in support of the OCM for the changes needed to improve compliance.
- Strong understanding and implementing of change management.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret policy and law, including Virginia Procurement law and policy (VPPA and APSPM).
