Overview: Our client is looking for a Business Analyst 3 for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA. Â
Â
Responsibilities:Â Â
- The Data Exchange Program will fulfill one of the top priorities of the Commonwealth's behavioral health strategic plan, which is to deliver transactional and secure statewide data exchange for data.
- This position will be the business analyst for multiple component projects of the program.
- This position will coordinate extensively with and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and collect and analyze data to be exchanged between partners.
- Experience with healthcare data management, Electronic Health Record systems, and data integration projects is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- 8 Years – Experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders.     Â
- 8 Years – Gathering, compiling, evaluating, and interpreting complex information.     Â
- 8 Years – Capturing key elements during meetings and brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction, and lead group to define and achieve goals.  Â
- 8 Years – Presenting work results and recommendations in a written report or a verbal presentation.     Â
- 8 Years – Expert level skill in MS Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint. Â
- 8 Years – Excellent verbal and written communications. Â
- 4 Years – Gathering and analyzing requirements related to data management, reports, and analytics.  Â
- 2 Years – Some experience with writing SQL queries.  Â
- 2 Years – Experience creating PowerBI reports and dashboards.  Â
