Position Title: Business Analyst – AMD Â

Overview: Our client is looking for a Business Analyst – AMD for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA.                   Â

Position Status:Â 12-month contract with rolling extensionsÂ
Schedule:Â HYBRID
Overview: Our client is looking for a Business Analyst – AMD for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA.                   Â
Â
Responsibilities:
- Long term position for a year or longer.
- 6+ years of proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides and product specifications that increase the experience of the digital platform.Â
- Translate Developer documentation into a technical document for all to understand.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.Â
- Experience working with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented.
- Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.Â
- Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.Â
- 6 Years – Proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides.
- 6 Years – Ability to analyze and document business system processes.       Â
- 6 Years – Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements.    Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.
