Morton has an immediate need for a Access Controls Analyst for a customer in Richmond, Virginia.   The Access Control Analyst will be responsible for providing access to enterprise applications and systems to all users within agreed service levels. 

  • Provide support in account provision and de-provision in Windows and Active Directory. 
  • Complete access requests as per pre-defined sets of procedure and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), resolve problem tickets and assist other security analysts as needed 
  • Document access management procedures for assigned platforms, databases and applications; keep the access management procedures up-to-date 
  • Proactively identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on the support systems and applications 
  • Work with team members to identify and develop solutions to streamline and automate existing manual processes
  • Flexibility to work adjusted hours with Enterprise Team members as needed for training, knowledge transfer and support coverage (includes rotating on-call rotation)

  • 5+ years working in an Access Management role
  • Experience in using Microsoft Active Directory 
  • Ability to create file shares and permission on servers 
  • Microsoft Exchange Server experience 
  • Visionary that can develop strategies for future IAM capabilities and implement innovative solutions that 
  • drive business value 
  • Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines. 
  • Be a self-motivated and results oriented individual with an attention to driving timelines and schedules 
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others to achieve a high level of success 
  • Willing to develop, maintain and foster constructive relationships with others 
  • Dynamic, hard-working and ambitious individual, with excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask, have attention to detail and advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills 
  • Extensive experience general Information Technology experience required. 
  • Ability to work well within small team focused on rapid delivery of results 
  • General knowledge of information security, including network security, infrastructure security, 
  • application security, compliance frameworks, and other regulatory requirements such as SOX and PCI 
  • Bachelor' s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related work experience. 
  • CISSP or other security certifications - desirable 
  • ITIL Foundation v.3 necessary
