Location:Â 7325 Beaufont Springs Drive Richmond, VA 23225
Position Status:Â 12-month contract with rolling extensionsÂ
Schedule:Â HYBRID (4 days a week onsite)

Overview: Our client is looking for a Virginian Identity Service Owner for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA.                   Â
Â
Responsibilities:
- The purpose of this position is to manage delivery for the Virginian Identity service which is in the Enterprise solutions directorate. This position responsible for developing and promoting the Virginian Identity service. Â
- The position will utilize ITIL and other principles to gather requirements, identify customer demand and develop the service that leverages the existing expertise and infrastructure.Â
- Identify opportunities for to revise the solution.Â
- Develop and implement processes to ensure the solution is delivered to customers in an efficient and effective manner.Â
- Provide strategic direction for delivery of the Virginian Identity service.Â
- The position will ensure the service aligns with evolving customer needs and compliance requirements.
- The position will be responsible for working with customers and vendors to identify opportunities and ensure consistent delivery.
Requirements:
- 10 Years – Demonstrated service management skills.
- 10 Years – Knowledge and experience with identity management tools. Â
- 10 Years – Knowledge and experience with single sign-on tools. Â
- 10 Years – Understanding of best practices in service management including contract and vendor management.
- 10 Years – Proven ability to manage delivery of the service with Service and Operational Level Agreements.
- 10 Years – Demonstrated ability to adequately plan and meet delivery objectives and maintain adequate service levels in a highly dynamic, complex, environment.
- 10 Years – Excellent verbal and writing skills, along with the ability to develop and effectively communicate complex technology concepts and materials.
- 10 Years – Experienced in creating and managing budgets.
- 10 Years – Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good customer working relationships.
- 10 Years – Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management, customers, and vendors.
- 10 Years – Understanding of outsourcing contracts and the service delivery management implications.
- 10 Years – Experience in enterprise security and maintaining compliance per security standards.
- 10 Years – Experience with Client/Stakeholder management and preparation of proposal/technical presentations. Â
