Position Title:Â ITIL Process Manager
Schedule:Â HYBRID (3 days per week onsite)
Position Status:Â 6-month contract with rolling extensions
Overview: Our client is looking for an ITIL Process Manager for a HYRBID position based out of Richmond, VA.

Overview: Our client is looking for an ITIL Process Manager for a HYRBID position based out of Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities:
- IT Service Management portfolio is seeking an individual with significant expertise implementing ITIL methodology to support the delivery of IT services in an Enterprise environment.
- This person should be ITIL v4 certified and have real world experience assessing and implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management at a minimum.
- ITSM would utilize this resource to evaluate existing processes, identify gaps in workflow and process and provide relevant recommendations for improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional certification.
- Experience working with stakeholders at various organization levels to gather requirements and information required to analyze and develop recommendations related to ITIL practices.
- 3 Years – Experience implementing ITIL methodologies for the following ITIL practices: Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management.
- 3 Years – Demonstrated ability to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and work with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
